About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

•Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.

•Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

•Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

•Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.

•Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Office & Business Operations

•Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.

•Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

•Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.

•Monitor and manage expenses, budgets, and reimbursements.

•Support business process improvements and administrative projects.

Communication & Relationship Management

•Manage incoming and outgoing emails and calls on behalf of executives.

•Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

•Represent executives in meetings, events, and professional interactions as needed.

•Draft and distribute internal and external communications.

Project & Event Management

•Assist with planning and execution of company events, conferences, and meetings.

•Support executives in project management, ensuring deadlines are met.

•Conduct research and prepare briefs on industry trends and business insights.

Key Skills & Qualifications

•Experience: Minimum 3 years in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.

•Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

•Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and project management tools.

•Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve challenges.

•Confidentiality & Discretion: High level of professionalism and trustworthiness.
