Scope:
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Bonita Springs, FL Time with 1 hour unpaid break
Handle a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries
Manage customer information within the company’s CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Contribute to the company’s growth by effectively converting inquiries into potential sales
Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required
Potential to expand role to include outbound calling and appointment setting for business development
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about trucks and equipment
Qualify leads by asking key questions about financing preferences and purchase intentions
Schedule equipment inspections for interested customers
Describe equipment specifications and features based on website information
Assist with basic financial inquiries and guide customers through the soft inquiry process
Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and move sales process forward
Potential for outbound calling to trucking companies for business development (if role expands)
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Basic understanding of trucks and heavy equipment (training will be provided)
Ability to learn and use VoIP systems and CRM software
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate online systems
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and take on additional responsibilities
