DAFT Company, LLC is a reputable outsourcing company supplying premium staff of all industries to scale and revolutionize their businesses. We're looking for a Lead Generation VA to join our growing team.

The Lead Generation VA/Appointment Setter will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments. This will involve conducting cold/warm outreach by phone, email, and social media to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • ● Research and identify potential customers

  • ● Reach out to potential customers by phone, email, and social media

  • ● Qualify leads and determine their interest in our products/services

  • ● Schedule appointments

  • ● Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential customers

  • ● Build and maintain relationships with potential customers



Requirements

  1. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)

  • B2B Cold caller *Must

  • ● Ring Central Dialer Experience

  • ● Salesforce CRM Experience *Must

  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • ● Strong organizational and time management skills

  • ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • ● Experience with any CRM software

  • ● More than 1 year of sales experience
