What We're Looking For

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company that helps e-commerce brands maximize revenue through high-converting pop-ups, is looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging designs and work directly with clients. This role is crucial to the onboarding process, ensuring clients receive high-quality, tailored pop-up designs that drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls with new clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective pop-up designs.
• Create and refine designs using Figma and the company’s in-house editor.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, presenting designs and incorporating feedback.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution with a strong focus on detail and usability.
• Collaborate with the internal team to enhance workflows and design standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and a keen eye for modern, conversion-focused design.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• High-energy, proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership of projects.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of CSS or front-end development.
• Experience working with international clients, particularly in English-speaking markets.
• Familiarity with designing for high-converting e-commerce experiences.
