What We’re Looking For

Our US client, a membership club that offers exclusive competitions, giveaways, and events, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to enhance member satisfaction and engagement. This role is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences through responsive communication, proactive outreach, and social media interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and efficiency.
• Check in with high-value members to make sure they’re happy with their experience.
• Respond to social media messages and comments, fostering strong member relationships.
• Manage live chat interactions via Tawk.io.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records and streamline support.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (strong verbal and written skills required).

• Experience in customer support, community management, or social media engagement.
• Proficiency in Facebook and Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with Intercom and Shopify.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
