What will you do?

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications projects. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of project management principles and a keen interest in the telecom industry. You will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of telecommunications projects, ensuring they meet all technical, budgetary, and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of telecommunications projects, including but not limited to network upgrades, expansions, and new installations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Manage project documentation and create project status reports for management.
• Handle requests for information or changes from project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the resolution of any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Assist in managing project resources and equipment, ensuring that projects adhere to set specifications and regulatory standards.
• Participate in project review meetings and perform risk assessments to minimize project risks.
• Be ready to receive training to develop skills in Deployment Projects and Project Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of project management techniques and methods.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Proficient in project management software tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

- Advanced English skills preferred

• Equivalent combination of education and experience
