This part-time Motion Graphics Designer position will be crucial in enhancing the company's visual communication capabilities through engaging motion graphics and animations. Working on a flexible schedule, the designer will create dynamic content that brings data and concepts to life, supporting the company's mission of making complex information accessible and engaging.

The Impact you’ll make

Motion Graphics Creation

• Design and animate motion graphics
• Create engaging animations for various purposes
• Develop visual storytelling elements
• Transform complex data into animated visualizations

Design & Asset Creation

• Create logos and brand elements
• Design presentation slides
• Develop creative content
• Maintain visual consistency

Technical Implementation

• Work with Adobe Creative Suite
• Utilize Autodesk Maya for animations
• Configure and work with AI tools
• Manage Wix website content

Project Management

• Handle multiple creative projects
• Maintain organized asset libraries
• Coordinate with team members
• Meet project deadlines

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Autodesk Maya
• Website management skills (Wix platform)
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work
• Must provide CV and video recording of work
• WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

• Remote position
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, working anytime between 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
• 20 hours per week

Compensation:

• $7 per hour
• No benefits package included
