Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the right hand to company leadership, ensuring smooth operations, managing schedules, and handling key priorities.
Role Impact
Executive Support Time Management
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and priorities.
- Act as a gatekeeper—filter requests and optimize schedules.
- Prepare meeting materials and track follow-ups.
Communication Coordination
- Handle professional email and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage confidential documents securely.
Project Operations Support
- Oversee special projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Compiling business reports when required.
- Improve processes for better efficiency.
Personal Travel Support
- Arrange domestic/international travel and itineraries.
- Assist with ad-hoc personal and administrative tasks.
First Week Priorities
- Learn executive workflows and priorities.
- Optimize calendar management processes.
- Set up communication protocols and refine systems.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills—able to draft and manage high-level correspondence.
- Tech-savvy—proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Asana
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in business administration, finance, or operations.
- Experience handling high-profile clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics
