Job Description

As our Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client acquisition efforts, wielding the power of social media and digital communication to forge new business relationships. Responsibilities

  • Spearhead outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email, using your expertise to engage potential clients effectively
  • Master and adapt our proven communication scripts, infusing them with your personal touch to resonate with diverse prospects
  • Implement and optimize a sophisticated 3-4 stage reply sequence, nurturing leads through the engagement funnel
  • Seamlessly manage appointment scheduling, providing prospects with convenient calendar links to book calls with key decision-makers
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly appointment setting targets, driving our sales pipeline forward
  • Craft personalized responses to prospect inquiries, maintaining our core message while addressing individual needs and concerns
  • Utilize our company systems to meticulously manage and organize lead information, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and share insights on prospect engagement trends

Requirements

  • Exceptional written English skills, with a keen eye for grammar and punctuation that reflects our professional image
  • Proven experience with social media platforms, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn and its advanced features
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and adhere to established processes while maintaining efficiency
  • Self-starter mentality with the capability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer engagement strategies
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a schedule aligned with UK business hours
