Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client’s leadership team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a respected financial services firm while developing your skills in business administration and client communications. You’ll be at the heart of daily operations, managing various communication channels and ensuring smooth business operations through effective organization and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize email communications, ensuring timely responses and proper filing
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintaining an organized calendar system
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and manage professional networking initiatives
  • Handle incoming calls and provide professional customer service
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
  • Assist with general administrative tasks using Microsoft 365 suite
  • Support the team with document preparation and file management
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow


Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 suite, especially Outlook
  • Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn and basic social media management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in financial services sector is a plus
