Your mission:
Identify and prospect new partnerships aligned with the company's business objectives in the US
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner companies, maintaining ongoing communication to ensure successful collaboration
Monitor and review partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximise results
Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually favourable terms
Maintain and grow existing partnerships through effective communication and collaboration, driving mutual growth and value
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
Oversee the entire partner onboarding process, including prospecting, recruitment, contracting, infrastructure and tech support setup, enablement, accreditation, executive relationship building, and tracking program KPIs
Travel as needed for key face-to-face partner meetings, conferences, and company events
Report directly to the VP of Global Alliances while closely collaborating with the US Sales team and leadership
Your profile:
At least 5 years of experience in partner management or sales with US partners and distributors
Good balance of experience in both commercial channel sales and technical services from the IT, technology, GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) or cyber security industries
Experienced in working cross-functionally to identify resolutions to problems
Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships
Strong negotiation and communication techniques, with the aptitude to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Self-starter who is able to work alone as well as part of a team
Able to thrive in a vibrant, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities
