We are looking for a skilled customer service representative to provide our valued customers with post-sales / invoicing resolution and consulting. You will lead and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience, from order to cash. Resolve customer service invoice related issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.
Act as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as Sales, Manufacturing, Collections, Logistics and Global Trade to resolve customer inquiries.
Must understand the need to comply with REPSE law and use the information managed in a confidential manner.

This role handles complex and confidential information, manages customer inquiries and invoicing. Ensures seamless invoicing, invoice administration, and changes requests.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, independent professional with a deep understanding of Mexico Tax Law, Invoicing systems and needs, and who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Validate and process invoices for customers
Reconcile information between internal databases
Provides quality customer service to internal and external clients.
Manages confidential information and reports for REPSE
Answer telephone calls, chats and emails daily responding to internal or external customer
Leads initiatives and projects requiring coordination within the team and with other functions.
Solves a broad range of customer service-related problems of varying scope and complexity.
Works independently with minimal supervision, consulting on more complex issues when necessary.
Proven experience as billing specialist or related scope.
Understands a complete order to cash cycle
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Spanish) with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers
Ability to gather and review resources and select and synthesize data for reports and other written materials.
