About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling a variety of tasks, including phone communication, scheduling, record maintenance, and customer inquiries, all while working remotely. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities

What you’ll do

  • Communication Management:

    • Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence.

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management:

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    • Maintain and update calendars for team members.

    • Send meeting reminders and follow-up communications.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Maintain accurate and organized office records.

    • Process invoices, bills, and expense reports.

    • Maintained an inventory of office supplies and placed orders as needed.

    • Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and other assigned tasks.

    • Importing and exporting data as needed.

  • Customer Service:

    • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

    • Maintain customer databases.

    • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.

  • Other Duties:

    • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive and exhibits a high level of professionalism and work ethics.

  • Customer-centric and driven to provide excellent customer experience.

  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
