You will be a part of Global Mobility Team which provides qualitative support in drafting the Cost of Living, Quality of Living and Expiate Housing Reports in more than 400 cities around the world.
As a Regional Research Coordinator you will interface between internal and external stakeholder groups by building strong networking, critical evaluation of data, including its quality and integrity.
Build and sustain relationships with all process stakeholders
Coordinate work between internal and external groups according to set schedule
Ensure high quality of data by identifying errors and suggesting corrections
Search of new external groups of contractors, recruitment and training
Monitor regularly an assigned region of the world for events affecting living conditions
Travel occasionally to specific locations
4 years of working experience, preferably in the area of compensation involving data analysis and project-based work or in a similar position
Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong general computer literacy Other desirable skills/experience
Very strong analytical and problem solving skills/experience
Ability to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced and flexible environment
Very strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Project management/coordination experience
Experience in recruitments, providing trainings area
