Work schedule - Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 4 PM Cameroon time


Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple client projects across various industries

  • Handle calendar management and scheduling for multiple projects

  • Create and maintain financial forecasts and Excel dashboards

  • Research and contact suppliers for various project needs

  • Oversee short-term rental property operations

  • Process online purchases and handle bill payments

  • Create and edit professional documents and presentations

  • Conduct detailed online research for various projects

  • Follow up on appointments, errands, and tasks

  • Perform analytics and create reports

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Experience with financial forecasting and dashboard creation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities

  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 4 PM GMT+1

  • 20 hours per week

  • Fluent in English
