Virtual Assistant – Jewellery E-Commerce (ZR_21195_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (20 hours per week) during the client's business hours, UK time


Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listings: Create and optimize jewellery product listings on platforms like Amazon and Etsy.
  
• Inventory Management: Oversee jewellery stock levels, ensure timely restocks, and manage suppliers.
  
• Order Processing: Manage order fulfillment, track shipments, and handle returns.
  
• Photography & Descriptions: Liaise with photographers or assist in creating high-quality product images and detailed descriptions.
  
• Pricing & Promotions: Set competitive pricing for jewellery items and run sales/promotions when applicable.
  
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch support for jewellery-related orders.
  
• Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts for jewellery products across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  
• SEO & Marketing: Implement SEO strategies for product listings, assist in running social media campaigns, and manage email marketing.
  
• Quality Control: Ensure the jewellery products meet quality standards before shipment.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience managing jewellery or eCommerce (preferably with Amazon FBA).
  
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO strategies for eCommerce.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
