What You'll Do:
● Finalize CPR classes by ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
● Issue certifications to participants promptly.
● Update and maintain CPR class listings in the system to reflect current and accurate information.
● General Data Entry
● Email Communication to Support
● Excel spreadsheet & CSV uploads
● CRM knowledge

Requirements

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):

● Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
● CRM software navigation and data management
● General data entry accuracy and efficiency
● Professional email communication skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Time management abilities
