Lead Generation Specialist (Real Estate)

This is a remote position.

Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm PST with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to become an integral part of our client's research operations. In this role, you’ll harness your investigative talents to uncover valuable market intelligence that powers our client's business growth. You’ll work with specialized research tools and subscription-based platforms to compile comprehensive databases of property information, ownership details, and key contacts that our brokers rely on to close deals. This position offers the perfect blend of independent research work and collaborative results, allowing you to directly impact business outcomes while developing expertise in the dynamic real estate sector. Your ability to efficiently process large volumes of data while maintaining meticulous accuracy will be the foundation of our client's market intelligence advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research to identify and compile contact information for company principals and key decision-makers
  
• Process hundreds of research requests daily using specialized subscription-based platforms
  
• Investigate recent real estate transactions to gather valuable market intelligence
  
• Update and maintain accurate records on property ownership changes, new contacts, and tenant information
  
• Verify phone numbers and email addresses to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  
• Perform outreach calls when necessary to confirm decision-maker information
  
• Organize research findings into structured, accessible formats for broker use
  
• Collaborate virtually with the team to prioritize research requests and deliver time-sensitive information
  
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary real estate data and client information
  

Requirements

• Excellent English language proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  
• Lead Generation experience is real estate required
  
• Background in real estate research or related fields is a must
• Strong research abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  
• Quick learner who can efficiently navigate and utilize subscription-based research platforms
  
• Proficient computer skills including experience with spreadsheets and data management tools
  
• Experience with project management software is a plus
