What can you expect?

We are looking to hire a Sr. Manager – Publication & Insights Delivery for our Global Online Surveys Team in Noida.

We are a dynamic team dedicated to assisting clients in strategic HR decision-making. Operating globally in a hybrid model, we specialize in conducting in-depth quantitative research projects online to deliver valuable insights for informed business choices.

We have a unique opportunity to help people understand complex and ambiguous reality by designing questionnaires, asking relevant questions and data and insights reporting. We create polls on hot topics, feedback surveys, policy and practices surveys, and many more to bring the value to employees and employers.

  • You will be part of On-Line Surveys Team responsible for designing, analyzing and delivering high quality surveys data
  • This role combines project management and stakeholders’ management, analytical and research skills
  • Cooperate with stakeholders and other team members to deliver high quality products
  • Ensure high level of service and client satisfaction
  • Review incoming questionnaires and design surveys
  • Create and test online questionnaires
  • Coordinate distribution of surveys
  • Prepare analysis of results (reports, executive summaries)

We will count on you to:

  • Understand project requirements and business needs from stakeholders, identify research objectives, and define the scope of work. Provide methodological solutions and negotiate project details, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage complex ad-hoc survey-based projects, collaborating with stakeholders and team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Review and enhance incoming questionnaires, as well as design new questionnaires from scratch.
  • Create and test online surveys using the Qualtrics platform in multiple languages.
  • Oversee survey link distribution and monitor survey progress.
  • Prepare comprehensive analyses of results, including reports with key findings, insights, and executive summaries.
  • Oversee junior team members work, support their projects, peer review their tasks
  • Train junior team members in market research methodologies and agile project management practices.
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity, service quality, and client satisfaction.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on quantitative methods.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in primary market research, social research, or research consulting (experience in a research agency, research department, or academic institution is preferred).
  • Proven expertise in quantitative research methods, survey design, and client-facing results reporting.
  • Proven experience in complex project management.
  • Strong ability to define client needs and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to explore technological solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through capabilities to resolve outstanding issue.
