About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring best practices in automation, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on IT experience, mainly as a DevOps engineer.

• Strong experience with AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and networking.

• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) and related tools (ArgoCD, Kustomize, Helm).

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, especially with GitHub Actions and other automation tools.

• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or other relevant languages.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

Would be cool:

• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty).

• Extensive experience with cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance frameworks.

• Familiarity with service mesh technologies and advanced networking concepts in Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with NATS, Vercel, Kafka, Rabbit MQ

Main tasks:

• Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes (K8s) environments, including deployment strategies using ArgoCD, Kustomize, and GitHub Actions.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.

• Implement best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management tools.

• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure smooth deployments and operational efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, ensuring high availability.
