We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Attribution Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering solutions to our clients, leveraging your subject matter expertise to design, implement and optimise our software solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects, consulting and support services.

In a team of 4, you will be a key escalation point for all things Revolution Performance.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

We are seeking a talented professional with:

• Deep knowledge of performance attribution methodologies and strong proficiency in analytical tools and performance measurement software.
• Exceptional consulting skills to engage senior stakeholders, understand business needs, and craft tailored technical solutions.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

You will ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. A CIPM or CFA designation is a valuable bonus. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, you’ll step into a position that values your expertise and drives results.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus
