Role Objectives:
The WEP Clinical Manager, Clinical Nursing Project Management, leads the global project management team, ensuring the successful delivery of clinical nursing services for decentralized clinical trials. This includes overseeing the setup, implementation, and management of nursing projects. Additionally, this role plays a key part in enhancing Clinical Nursing Service capabilities in alignment with WEP Clinical’s business strategy, working closely with the Director of Clinical Nursing Project Management.

What You'll Do:
- Provide operational oversight for global nursing project teams
- Train and develop the global clinical nursing project team, including project-specific training and performance reviews
- Manage nursing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure project management aligns with WEP Clinical SOPs, policies, and SOW requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project quality and communicate them as needed
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring necessary approvals and compliance
- Support Business Development, Contracts, and Finance with contracts, change orders, and invoicing
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring positive collaboration and project success
- Support process development and continuous improvement in Clinical Nursing Services
- Act as a point of escalation, assisting with issue resolution and leadership support
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, pharmaceutical, or life science field preferred
- 5+ years of clinical research or nursing experience, including 1+ year in management or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
- Ability to travel for business meetings, training, or industry events, and manage multiple priorities
