We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.
But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!
We’re looking for a Director of Enterprise Marketing to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing efforts aimed at moving CompanyCam up-market. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable revenue impact by generating and accelerating the mid-market pipelines through a mix of ABX, outbound motions, strategic partnerships, and high-touch engagement. As a key member of our Marketing leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to closed-won revenue in the mid-market segment. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead a growing team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and shape CompanyCam’s trajectory in this new market segment.
Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States. Employees are not required to work in the office or relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska, for this opportunity, but occasional travel to HQ will be required.
This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our salary range is $145,000 - $165,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
We pride ourselves on celebrating everyone. CompanyCam is an equal-opportunity employer actively working on creating an inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive. Are you reading this and wondering if you meet every requirement? Studies show that workplace minorities, such as women and people of color, are less likely than other applicants to apply for a job when they don’t meet every single requirement. Even if your experience doesn’t perfectly align, we encourage you to apply. We’re interested in hiring passionate, hard-working people—not checking boxes.
For any accommodations or adjustments to complete the online application or to participate in the interview process, please email work@tuhustle.com and we’ll respond to your email promptly. Do not include any medical or health information in your email.
Please ensure that you regularly check the email address that you provide during the application process for any updates from potential employers. Your application status, interview invitations, or job offers will be sent via email. Respond promptly to maintain your candidacy.
