Remote: This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Design world-class products for Millions of next-gen Entrepreneurs: This is a unique opportunity to join our GoDaddy Studio & Business Building Tools team, crafting engaging experiences that empower entrepreneurs worldwide. You’ll be designing for mobile web experiences, along with Studio’s mobile and web applications, helping users create, brand, and grow their businesses across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and commerce.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and business-building, focusing on intuitive design solutions that make complex workflows simple and delightful.

What you'll get to do...

  • Own end-to-end design executionacross mobile and web commerce experiences, ensuring seamless, engaging, and consistent user journeys.
  • Craft engaging, scalable experiences that balance customer needs with business goals, solving complex problems with creativity and innovation.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate—moving comfortably between low and high fidelity, validating ideas through research, usability testing, and rapid experimentation.
  • Design for scale, building cohesive experiences across surfaces, touchpoints, and customer types without sacrificing quality or simplicity.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and uncover opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
  • Define and document product principles, user needs, and detailed design specs to bring solutions to life with engineering.
  • Lead and facilitate design discussions with cross-functional teams, driving alignment across UX, product, and engineering in an agile environment.

Your experience should include...

  • 5+ years of product design experience across mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop platforms.
  • Strong end-to-end design skills—from UX strategy and research to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.
  • A rock-solid portfolio demonstrating user experience expertise and a proven track record of delivering products to market.
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to confidently present, influence, and sell a vision.
  • Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams, including product, engineering, and end-user groups.
  • Proficient in Figma, with familiarity in tools like Sketch, Framer, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using and contributing to design systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, able to drive clarity and momentum.
  • Able to work independently and autonomously to deliver against goals.

You might also have...

  • Experience with DIY user testing tools, conducting research, and usability testing independently.
  • Experience designing for e-commerce, POS, or FinTech platforms.
  • Experience in customer experience or service design industries.
  • Background in UX writing or microcopy, with an understanding of content’s role in the user experience.
  • Experience crafting micro-interactions and animations to enhance usability and delight.
  • BA or MA in interaction design, communication design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Ability to plan, scope, and deliver work as part of a larger strategic vision.
  • Experience working with complex information architecture and navigation design.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across design, engineering, and product teams.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable design solutions.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to team growth and design culture.
