Why We Need You!

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager with experience in FedRAMP High and DoD IL5, security certifications, and managing relationships with federal customers to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

About The Team

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the development and execution of the product roadmap for solutions aimed at federal customers, ensuring alignment with FedRAMP and other relevant certifications.
  • Collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure our products meet regulatory requirements and customer needs.
  • Managing the complete product lifecycle, from conception to launch, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with federal customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Leading efforts to achieve and maintain FedRAMP certification for our products.
  • Providing expertise and support for sales and marketing activities related to federal customers, including presentations, RFP responses, and customer meetings.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

  • Five to seven years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the technology industry, with a focus on federal customers and compliance (especially FedRAMP).
  • Deep understanding of FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 requirements and experience leading products through the certification process.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Experience in managing relationships with federal customers and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
