As a Client Delivery Associate your role will be to support internal initiatives and manage client programs as it relates to R1’s A/R & Denials solution. This will include data verification, report creation, and trend documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Keep updated understanding of the organization’s products, services, and client delivery policies.
  • Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
  • Create and distribute (email, portal, SFTP) weekly and monthly reports for multiple clients
    • Verify report accuracy and audit for data integrity
    • Escalating issues and communicating reports to the designated manager for approval
    • Create standard and ad hoc client facing reports based on client needs
  • Contribute to the enhancement of existing reporting methods
  • Support in creating reports including Power BI, spreadsheets, and graphs for client presentations and reports
  • Maintain monthly report schedule
  • Assist teams with various tasks throughout client implementations and maintenance
  • Maintain/update department standard client protocol documents
  • Routine administrative tasks as directed by leadership
  • Contribute towards achievement of team's goal and initiatives
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and respond to all clients concerns in a timely manner
  • Promote a supportive and positive team culture that aligns with R1’s values
  • Contribute to the advancement of the internal team initiatives by providing hands on support and ideas

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience and written business communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven experience in working with MS Excel (intermediate level Excel or above)
  • Proven experience in building reports, validating data and providing analysis
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $43,888.00 - $70,631.44 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
