Embark on an exciting opportunity as a Data Entry Specialist with a focus on accounting for a rapidly growing, long-established company. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of financial operations, managing a high volume of transactions and supporting critical database processes. Responsibilities

• Expertly process and import approximately 3,000 monthly transactions into Sage 50, ensuring pinpoint accuracy and timeliness
  
• Spearhead database reloading initiatives and large-scale data import projects, showcasing your technical prowess
  
• Provide vital support for daily accounting operations, becoming an indispensable part of the financial team
  
• Maintain unwavering accuracy and peak efficiency in high-volume transaction processing
  
• Collaborate seamlessly with the in-house accounting team, fostering data integrity and operational excellence
  
• Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks, broadening your skill set and adding value across multiple financial areas
  
• Adapt to flexible working hours, potentially during off-peak times, to maximize efficiency and resource utilization
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry within an accounting context, demonstrating your financial acumen
  
• Proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software, with the ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of maintaining high accuracy in data handling
  
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, ensuring smooth collaboration with the global team
  
• Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a cohesive team
  
• Adaptability to work flexible hours, potentially during off-peak times to align with the company’s global operations
