Summary:
The Data Entry & License Status Verification role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within the company's database systems. This position also involves verifying the status and validity of licenses, certifications, and permits as required by company policies or regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient with data management tools and verification processes.

This is a full-timeremote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify the validity and status of licenses, certifications, and permits according to internal and external requirements.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Compile and sort information according to established priorities for data entry.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or obtain additional information.
• Generate reports and maintain records of verification activities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Work Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years working with a US company
• Managerial experience preferred
• Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with license and certification verification processes is preferred

Other Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Microsoft Office suite competency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Staying organized while effectively prioritizing multiple projects at once.
• High attention to detail when completing projects.
• Strong time management skills to complete projects by deadlines.
• Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their projects.
• Maintain excellent verbal, writing, and language skills.
