About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Data Entry) to join our client's team. This role focuses on accurate data management for HR operations, immigration documentation, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input data from various sources into the company's database or software
  • Process and manage HR-related documentation and records
  • Complete and file immigration forms and related paperwork with precision
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security policies
  • Generate reports and respond to queries related to the data entered
  • Identify and report any inconsistencies or anomalies in the data
  • Ensure backups are regularly taken to prevent data loss
  • Stay updated with changes in data entry procedures or database software
  • Provide general administrative support as needed


Requirements

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative assistant roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for common software issues
Preferred
  • Experience with HR documentation or immigration paperwork
  • Knowledge of database management and reporting tools
  • Previous experience in an office environment
