Your role at Hostinger
As an SEO Specialist (On-site), you’ll support the growth of Hostinger’s organic performance by creating and optimizing high-impact landing pages across multiple products and markets. Your focus will be on keyword research, on-page improvements, and scaling content-driven SEO initiatives in collaboration with content, design, and localization teams. Your work will directly contribute to improving rankings, increasing organic traffic, and driving new billings. We’re looking for someone analytical and hands-on—eager to test ideas, fine-tune pages, and make SEO wins happen at scale.
Your day-to-day
- Take full ownership of SEO initiatives within multiple locales. Manage report SEO performance and optimization efforts on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
- Plan and execute SEO tests, collect and analyze data and results.
- Benchmark and monitor competitors performance in terms of organic growth.
- Optimize new and existing landing pages for users searches.
- Perform keyword research, including discovery and expansion of organic opportunities.
- Research and implement up-to-date SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams (Content, Websites, CRO, Off-site SEO) and product stakeholders, to achieve business goals.
Your skills and experience
- Strong On-site SEO skills and expertise. +2 years of experience is a must.
- Understanding of Off-site SEO impact and technical SEO audits.
- Comprehensive understanding of organic search (algorithms, ranking factors, copywriting, schema mark-up)
- Strong knowledge of SEO Tools (Google Analytics, Google search console, Accuranker, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc)
- Proficiency in working with Google Sheets.
- Strong self-motivation skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task independently.
- Teamwork and effective communication.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO information, trends, practices and updates.
