This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing international team that supports some of the most ambitious eCommerce brands globally. In this role, you’ll play a key part in crafting engaging content and designing compelling email marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You'll also contribute to broader SEO and CVO strategies by ensuring all content is well-optimized and visually aligned with the brand’s goals.

The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a strong understanding of SEO, email design, and how to create content that resonates with an eCommerce audience. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on the success of multiple online brands.

Salary - starting at $1000 / month, after 3 months and successful review increases to $1200 / month

Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE)

Work Schedule - UK hours

Requirements

  • In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros cons involved in this industry).
  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, email marketing, or digital design—preferably within an eCommerce environment.
  • Proven track record in SEO content development and performance-driven email campaign execution.
  • Experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or WooCommerce is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and ability to write SEO-optimized content (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, FAQs, etc.).
  • Experience managing and publishing blog content, product pages, and category descriptions tailored to SEO goals.
  • Ability to research, write, and format high-quality, engaging content that aligns with keyword strategies and user intent.
  • Proficient in designing responsive HTML emails and managing templates via Campaign Monitor or similar platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices including deliverability, open/click-through rates, and A/B testing.
  • Comfortable using performance data to continuously refine and improve design and content effectiveness.
  • Experience designing visual assets and infographics for web and email using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
  • Understanding of web analytics, keyword performance, and SEO tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
