The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a hands-on content creator who loves both the written word and visual storytelling. You’ll support clients by producing high-volume, high-quality content that resonates across websites, blogs, and social media platforms. If you enjoy using AI tools to supercharge your content output and are driven by execution, not just ideation, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

1.Content Creation (Written)

  • Write blog posts and social media content across multiple client brands

  • Leverage SEO best practices to improve search rankings and topical authority

  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for 60–80% of content ideation and drafting

  • Repurpose long-form pieces into bite-sized social posts, carousels, and infographics

  • Maintain brand voice consistency across channels

2.Visual Asset Design

  • Design professional visuals such as carousels, blog banners, and infographics using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools

  • Use and adapt templates to speed up asset production

  • Ensure all visual content is on-brand and platform-optimized

3.Content Management & Publishing

  • Publish and schedule content using HubSpot CMS, WordPress, and relevant social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Maintain editorial calendars and content libraries

  • Coordinate approvals and updates with clients and internal teams



Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in content marketing, digital communications, or similar roles (agency or multi-brand experience preferred)

  • Strong portfolio showcasing blog writing, social content, and visual assets

  • Exceptional written English, with a knack for tailoring tone and format to different audiences

  • Proficiency in AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)—used regularly in workflow

  • Hands-on experience in Canva or Figma for creating polished visuals

  • Competency in WordPress and HubSpot CMS for publishing and formatting content

  • SEO understanding: keyword placement, on-page optimisation, meta data

  • Highly organised with excellent time and project management skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience tracking content performance through analytics

  • Familiarity with content repurposing strategy and workflows

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner
