DCX is hiring a Home-Based Accounts Payable / Data Entry Specialist to manage vendor payments, maintain accurate records, and provide essential financial support. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in financial reporting and invoice processing.

  • Communication: Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to investigate discrepancies and solve problems quickly.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting regulations and financial procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Process and verify invoices for timely payments.

  • Maintain and update vendor records and databases.

  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.

  • Coordinate payments via checks, ACH, or electronic transfers.

  • Generate reports on payables, aging balances, and cash flow forecasts.

  • Monitor expenses and recommend payment strategies.

  • Address and resolve payment discrepancies or vendor issues.

  • Perform ad hoc financial and administrative duties as needed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in accounts payable, accounting, or similar roles.

  • Language: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Schedule: Must be able to work U.S. EST hours or Philippine night shift.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas)

    • Accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar

    • Familiarity with AP systems, payment processing, and account reconciliation

  • CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: Php 35,000 – Php 40,000

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
