This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 20+ hours/week, Eastern Time Zone. Any combination of work hours to get to the patient's status. Initially, for training purposes, we need to have a few hours of demo for the applicant to learn what is needed for the transfer. Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break. The hours can be flexible depending on the work required and timelines. Some Saturdays, depending on availability and tasks required to perform.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise data migration between healthcare record systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  
• Transfer and verify patient appointment schedules, maintaining scheduling integrity
  
• Migrate patient medical records, including diagnoses and clinical notes, with meticulous attention to detail
  
• Document progress and maintain clear communication about transfer status
  
• Follow detailed processes and procedures provided through direct training
  
• Participate in video conference training sessions to learn exact procedures
  
• Maintain strict confidentiality standards for sensitive medical information
  
• Track and report on data migration progress
  
• Collaborate directly with the physician to ensure accuracy of transferred information
