About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads and SEO Specialist who understands the unique needs of the NDIS sector and can help us grow our digital footprint. Your main focus will be to manage our Google Ads campaigns and implement effective SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic and increase our visibility in a highly competitive space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions

  • Conduct keyword research tailored to NDIS-related searches

  • Optimize landing pages to improve ad quality scores and conversion rates

  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings

  • Monitor performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights

  • Collaborate with our team to align digital efforts with business goals

  • Stay current on Google Ads and SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and relevant compliance standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (preferably in the healthcare or disability sector)

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), and analytics

  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

  • Familiarity with the NDIS, disability services, or allied health sector is highly desirable
